My name is Ashley Ungerleider, I'm a casting associate producer based in New York City. I'm reaching out to share more information on a project I'm currently casting with Sharp Entertainment and a major cable network, in hopes that you may have some clients who fit the bill! 

This will be a brand new documentary series revolving around the new trend where a group of friends and/or family members co-purchase and co-live in a single-family property together! **We are specifically looking for a single property with a co-living set up, not a parcel with separate dwellings.**

The series will follow groups of Co-Buyers as they find the perfect place to call home - and maybe dive into some DIY renovations to customize the space and make it perfect for everyone. We will document the buying process as well as any renovations and will document these co-purchasers as they move in together. 

This is a paid opportunity with a major cable network and I wanted to reach out to see if you may know of anyone who would be a good fit for this series! We are looking for groups who are ready to purchase, or have recently purchased a new space to call home, as we are hoping to film in early 2022 around January, February or March.
