What a wonderful community event! I love learning about how much thought Winter and Kiah put into the conference; it takes so much more coordination than meets the eye! I also appreciate how much they clearly care about using this experience to make future events as enjoyable as possible, with lots of useful feedback from participants and well-documented records of ticket sales and attendance.
