I'm currently building 4 coliving rental homes here in Greenville SC (https://unionhouse.city), but it's been a slog. The idea has been to provide more affordable workforce housing for teachers, nurses, hospitality workers, etc. But I love the idea of adding in multi-generational and ownership models too.
